All you need is 37ml of silver tequila, 30ml of lime juice, 30ml of grapefruit juice and a splash of grenadine.
Pop all your ingredients in a shaker and then pour the liquid into a stylish martini glass. Sprinkle some salt over the top and garnish it with a maraschino cherry.
Make a Sangria Blanco
Not everyone loves the taste of sweet and brightly coloured cocktails. If you’re someone that enjoys tangy or bitter flavours then make a Sangria Blanco. To make a jug of Sangria Blanco you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 750ml of dry white wine
- 1 and 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup of mint leaves
- 1 cup of orange liqueur
- 2 cups of lemon and lime soft drink
- 1 lemon, orange and lime thinly sliced
Boil your water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. When you’re done wait for the sugar water to cool before adding it to a jug with your wine, orange liqueur and lemon & lime soda. Then add all your sliced fruit to the liquid and place it in the fridge.

Raspberry Lemon and Lime

- 22ml of raspberry puree
- 118ml of champagne
- 44ml of ginger beer
- Splash of limoncello
- Fresh raspberries
Add your puree, champagne, ginger beer and limoncello to a tall champagne glass. Then stir everything thoroughly and drop two raspberries in the glass. Top it with more champagne and add some lemon zest to it. This cocktail is perfect to drink with dessert.
